As a neutral, I will sit down with both of you and provide the structure and guidance necessary to make settlement negotiations productive. As a mediator, I do not act as either party’s attorney. Instead, I provide both of you with guidance about how matters may be handled under the law, and creatively seek solution that are favorable to both of you.
